My program is a Youth Centre aimed towards teenagers and children which provide sport activities  such as skate boarding and maybe basketball with a café or restaurant as part of the entertainment as well.

 

When I saw the site in Utrecht it shows an example of how they combine all the activities together. It also shows the use of different levels of the ground which is similar to the slanted / uneven level of the ground that Newton Street also has.
